Karnataka COVID tally at 951 with 26 new cases; Kalaburgi registers one death

Bengaluru: The state registered 26 new cases of coronavirus on Wednesday, May 13, taking the state tally to 951.

Meanwhile, one person died in Kalaburgi, taking the total fatalities in the state to 32.

The deceased is a 60-year-old man from a containment zone in Kalaburgi. He was brought dead to the hospital on May 11 and was tested positive on Wednesday.

Out of the total cases, Bidar alone has reported 11 cases and most of the cases are through contact from Containment Zones.

Hassan had four cases and all have travel history to Mumbai.

The remaining districts are Kalaburgi (2), Bengaluru Urban (1), Uttara Kannada (2), Davangere (2), Vijayapura (2) and DK (1).

Nine cases are in the age group of two to 19 years.
