ETHICAL CLINICAL PRACTISE – SANTHIGIRI PURVIEW

“Manju”

Dr. Rajesh R. R.

Additional Medical Officer, Santhigiri Healthcare & Research Organization

‘Spiritual Intelligence,  Beyond Ideologies
is the healthcare doctrine of Santhigiri’

Being in good health is of utmost importance and one who relieves the maladies –  The Physician, is always regarded as next to God. Thus it is his primary responsibility to benefit the patient to his greatest ability and judgement, and should be careful not to cause harm or injustice to them.

A noble physician should always be loyal to his professional ethics and should never fall into the hands of Greedy, and he/she should always abstain from intentional wrong-doings and harm to the patients. Prescribing beyond necessity, as if giving costly external treatments, where they are not at all needed, with the aim of making more profit, can be considered as a suitable example for such a ‘Malpractice’.

As a physician, our ultimate aim should be to alleviate the pain and that should never be bound to the chains of monetary benefit. There is a repay for all our doings, the nature of which depends on the act we do.

‘The maladies in the form of diseases that we face today
are accumulated reciprocations of transgression we did in our previous births’
