Kerala reports 6,049 COVID-19 cases; test positivity rate at 9.33 percent

Kerala on tuesday reported 6049 fresh cases of covid 19 informed health minister.64,829 samples were tested in the last 24 hours .The test positivity rate is at 9.33percent.so far 74,47,052 samples were tested in different priority groups. 27 deaths were confirmed in the state on tuesday.With this the total number of coronavirus fatalities rose to 2870. Out of the total number of positive cases 108 people came from outside the state.5306 people people contracted the virus through contact.The virus source of 575 cases has not been identified.
