Santhigiri is Nation’s Gift to Women Empowerment: Lt. Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena

New Delhi: Delhi Lt. Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena said that Santhigiri is an institution that is contributing a lot to the empowerment of women as envisioned by the nation. He said that Santhigiri is also working to prepare a new path in life for many youths through skill development in line with the Prime Minister’s Make in India development vision. Lt. Governor of Delhi was inaugurating the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Santhigiri Ashram in Saket, New Delhi. Union Minister of State for External Affairs V. Muralidharan presided over the meeting.

The month of Vrischika (Scorpio) is considered a holy month in Kerala. He said that performing Prana Prathishta at Santhigiri in the auspicious month of Karthika gives more strength to Sanatana Dharma. Santhigiri Ashram General Secretary Swami Gururathnam Jnana Thapaswi and Chief of Delhi Ashram Janani Pooja Jnana Thapaswini handed over a gift to the Governor. Ashram President Swami Chaitanya Jnana Thapaswi and General Secretary Swami Gururatnam Jnana Thapaswi blessed the occasion with their presence. Noida Film City Cinema Television Academy President Sandeep Marwa, All India Malayali Association National President Babu Panicker, Oman Middle East University Dean Dr. G.R. Kiran, Flag Communication Pvt Ltd Managing Director and Political Analyst Deepu Nambiar, Sindooram Charities Chairman Sabir Tirumala, Delhi Malayali Association President Raghunath K., Saket Dharmashastra Temple General Secretary M.P. Suresh made felicitation speeches. Janani Shalini Jnana Thapaswini from Delhi who is a member of Santhigiri Ashram Gurudharma Prakasha Sabha welcomed the gathering, and Ranjith Devaraj, Advisor, Ashram Advisory Board Communications Section gave the vote of thanks.
