Janani Shalini Jnana Thapaswini is Welcomed at JNU

New Delhi: Janani Shalini Jnana Thapaswini was welcomed at Jawaharlal Nehru University Administration Office after her initiation into Sannyasa. Santhigiri Ashram Cherthala Area Head Swami Bhakthadathan Jnana Thapaswi and New Delhi Zonal Office General Manager (Administration) Dr. S. Kiran also accompanied her. University Finance Controller Dr. Suman Kumar, and the staff of Accounts Dept. were present in the reception.

Janani Shalini Jnana Thapaswini embraced Sannyasa during the Sannyasa Deeksha ceremony held at the Central Ashram at Pothencode on October 24, 2023. Along with Janani Shalini, 21 other ladies had accepted sannyasa. It was noteworthy that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had extended his greetings to these 22 young women for choosing the path of sannyasa.
