Graduation Day at Santhigiri Siddha Medical College

Pothencode: The ‘Graduation Day Program’ of the fifteenth batch of BSMS students was held at Santhigiri Siddha Medical College on 15th March 2024,  Ashram General Secretary Swami Gururethnam Jnana Thapaswi inaugurated the function held at the college auditorium. College Principal Prof. Dr. DK Soundara Rajan presided over the function and Supreme Court lawyer Adv. Harris Biran was the special guest. He told the graduates that they should strive to read books and gain more knowledge throughout their lives. Adv. Harris Bieran was honored with a citation and a memento. Certificates and medals were distributed to 30 house surgeons who received the provisional certificate from the University of Health.

College Vice Principal Dr. P. Hariharan, Santhigiri Health Care and Research Organization Head Swami Gurusavidh Jnana Thapaswi, Department of Health and Family Welfare Rtd. Joint Secretary Vijayakumar S, Central Government Council Adv. KG Manoj Kumar, Ashram Advisory Committee Legal Section Advisor Adv. KC Santhosh Kumar, S., Kerala State Medical Council Member Dr. Vandana P, Siddha Medical College Alumni Association Secretary Dr. Anupam. KJ, PTA representative Hans Raj R, Medical Education Assistant General Manager S Vijayan, Srinivasan, Ratnaswamy, and Rajavel spoke. After the function, various cultural programs were performed by the students. There was also a music band performed by Rhythm Cafe from 10 pm onwards.
