The students were fascinated by the prayer ceremonies of the Sanyasa Deeksha anniversary

Today morning, students from Marthoma Girls High School, Kottarakkara, visited the Santhigiri Ashram and they were charmed by the Sanyasa Deeksha anniversary prayer ceremonies at the spiritual zone.

The thoughts in the minds of the students about an Ashram was completely changed after visiting the prayerful atmosphere in the Ashram . Nearly hundred students reached the Ashram when the sanyasi sangha was offering flowers at 7.30 am.The students stood watching the Sanyasi’s and Sanyasini’s offering flowers in a systematic way and prayerful manner at Lotus Parnasala

One of the Teacher Mr.O.Daniel said that the students liked the Ashram atmosphere, were devotees are full well-dressed. Services in the branch ashram will make the Sanyasa life perfect – When one student said that she wanted to become a sanyasi too, another student asked , how can you become a doctor if you become a sanyasi ? There are Doctors ,Engineers ,principals in Santhigiri’s Gurudharma Praksha Sabha one of the devotees said.

The students left the ashram with the wish to come back here once-more. The teacher’s told Santhigiri News that although this was the first visit for the students, the teachers had visited earlier with other students.
