If the Devotee Cries, the Guru Will Feel the Pain- Swami Gurusavith Jnana Thapaswi

“Manju”

Pothencode: Swami Gurusavith JananaThapaswi said that Guru will take over the sorrow of a devotee who believes and stands by him and if the devotee cries, it will be painful for the Guru. The Swami was sharing his experiences with Guru in the Meeting this morning (30-09-2022) at the Spiritual Zone Conference Hall, Santhigiri Ashram.

The Swami said that he had come to the Ashram unexpectedly. Initially he had no interest in spiritual places like Ashram and believed in materialistic life at that time. ‘When I met the Guru for the first time, it was an unexplainable experience beyond spirituality’, the Swami said.
‘I continued to visit the Ashram during Guru Jayantis. Once, I was worried about how to return after meeting Guru. Then Abhivandya Shishyapoojitha came and gave me a packet. ‘It is all new coins. Count them only after seeing Guru’. And I met Guru. Guru always knows the inner longing of the devotee. We should also know the pain of Guru’. The Swami explained through his experience that we should prepare ourselves to live according to Guru’s will.

“Once a big Meeting was organized at Koyilandy. We came to Thiruvananthapuram and informed Guru that it was well received. Then Guru said that ‘When you work in a place, that work will get reflected in the atmosphere. That will work there, and devotees will come from there’. So, when we work for the Guru at any place, the atmosphere gets purified, and the place will undergo a change’. The Swami said, quoting Guru Vani.

On one occasion, Gururethnam Swami came and spoke at Kozhikode Ashram. The words of the Swami that ‘young people like you are needed to spread the Guru’s ideology in the world’ prompted me to actively work for the Ashram’, the Swami said.

The members of the Sannyasa Sangha share their experiences every day, from 10 am to 12 pm, on the occasion of Sannyasa Deeksha Varshikam celebrations. The meetings will continue till October 4. There will be various rituals and ceremonies on Wednesday, October 5 on the concluding day of Sannyasi Deeksha Varshikam.
