Saket Santhigiri: Inauguration of Silver Jubilee Celebrations Today

New Delhi: Delhi Lt. Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena will inaugurate the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Santhigiri Ashram Sakat Branch today at 5 pm. Union Minister of State for External Affairs V. Muralidharan will preside over the Meeting. The Lt. Governor will be honored by Santhigiri Ashram Saket Pushpavihar Branch and Pushpavihar Dharmashastra Temple representatives.

Swami Guruchand Jnana Thapaswi, Janani Guruchandrika Jnana Thapaswini, and Janani Shalini Jnana Thapaswini who are members of Santhigiri Ashram Gurudharma Prakash Sabha from Delhi, and Bikramjit Ahluwalia and Architect Ranjith John who are involved in the construction and design of the Silver Jubilee Mandiram will be honored in the function. Ashram President Swami Chaithanya Jnana Thapaswi and General Secretary Swami Gururathnam Jnana Thapaswi will bless the occasion with their presence.

Member of Parliament Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Noida Film City Cinema Television Academy President Sandeep Marwa, All India Malayali Association National President Babu Panicker, Middle East University Oman Dean Dr.G.R. As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, Santhigiri Ashram Gurusthaniya Shishya Poojitha Amritha Jnana Thapaswini arrived in New Delhi on the 16th at 3.20 pm yesterday. Her Holiness will reach Saket Ashram at 2 PM today. On Sunday, November 19, she will perform the lamp-lighting ceremony at the Prayer Hall in the Silver Jubilee Mandiram. The 12,000 square feet Silver Jubilee Mandiram has a Prayer Hall on the ground floor, a Skill Development Training Center on the first floor, a Yoga-wellness Center on the second floor, and an Integrated Ayush Treatment Center on the third floor.

Extensive celebrations have been organized as part of the completion of 25 years of activities of Santhigiri Ashram in the national capital. A two-day seminar on “Knowledge Tradition of India – Dharma and Santhigiri Movement” will be held at JNU, New Delhi in collaboration with Central Sanskrit University on November 17 and 18. Dr. Padmavibhushan Sonal Mansingh will inaugurate the Seminar. Central Sanskrit University Vice Chancellor Prof. Srinivasa Varakhedi, Gujarat University Vice Chancellor Prof. Neeraj Gupta, former MP Prof. Padma Bhushan Mrinal Miri, and other eminent professors in the fields of education, culture, and research from different parts of the country will participate in the Seminar.
