Makeup man of Nivin Pauly dies after falling off tree while hanging Christmas star

Actor Nivin Paul’s makeup man Shabu Pulpally(37) was killed in a freak accident on Sunday.He succumbed to the injuries after falling from a tree while hanging Christmas star. This incident took place around sunday evening.He climbed onto the tree to hang the Christmas star.But he fell off the tree as a branch broke down.Though he was rushed to the hospital,he was declared dead due to internal bleeding. He is survived by his wife Resmi and two children.
