KK Maheshan’s suicide: Court tells police to book Vellappally Natesan, Thushar Vellappally

The court has instructed to file cases against Vellappally Nateshan ,his assistant K L Ashokan and Thushar Vellappally regarding the death of SNDP Kanichukulangara union secretary KK Maheshan.The instruction was made by Alappuzha Judicial Court based on a complaint filed by Maheshan’s wife Usha Devi. The family alleged that police were not willing to file an abetment of suicide case against the accused.However ,Vellappally Natesan had dismissed all the allegations.Court has instructed the Mararikulam police to investigate the case after registering an FIR.Currently, the maraikulam police have only files an unnatural death case in connection with the incident.
