2020’s parting shot: India to roll out COVID-19 vaccine in January

In what could be term as New Year gift ,Adar Poonawalla ,Chief Executive Officer,Serum Institute of India on monday said 40-50 million dosses of covid 19 vaccine have already been stockpiled,adding that covishield rollout is expected in January. We will be producing 300 million doses by July 2021. He however ,mentioned that first six months of 2021 will see a shortage of vaccines globally.
