Santhigiri Yoga Kendra in Delhi

Saket: Santhigiri Ashram in New Delhi has launched the Santhigiri Yoga Kendra at Saket Branch Silver Jubilee Centre on Sunday, November 26, at 6 a.m. Yoga therapies for physical health and disease treatment are available here. Swami Navkripa Jnana Thapaswi, Janani Pooja Jnana Thapaswini, Swami Bhaktathan Jnana Thapaswi, Janani Shalini Jnana Thapaswini, Brahmacharis N.M.Manu, M.P.Satprabha, S.Vandanan, New Delhi Zonal Office General Manager Dr. S. Kiran, Dr. S. Sanumon, and others were present at the inaugural time of the Yoga Center.

Yoga is considered to be a noble science that brings out the infinite potential of the human mind and soul. Along with making people energetic and healthy.  Yoga is also used for therapeutic purposes in modern diseases like stress, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, and chronic respiratory disease. The center is located near Pushpa Vihar Saket Family Court and has morning and evening classes.
