Governor to inaugurate Santhigiri Navapoojitham celebrations on 26 August

Thiruvanathapuram:Navapoojitham celebrations in connection with the 96th birth anniversary of Santhigiri Founder Guru Navajyothi Shri Karunakara Guru will begin 26th Friday. Honourable Governor of Kerala Arif Muhammed Khan will formally inaugurate the 7 day celebrations at 5.30 pm in Santhigiri Ashram. Srilankan Health Minister Kehellya Rambukwalla will be the guest of honour.

Ashram President Swami Chaithanya Jnana Tapawi will preside over the function.Ashram General Secretary Swami Gururethnam Jnana Tapaswi, Adoor Prakash MP, BJP State Vice President A.N. Radhakrishnan, President of Manickal Village Council Kuthirakulam Jayan, Rtd. Districts Sessions Judge Murali Sreedhar and Santhigiri Social Research Institute Senior Fellow Dr.K Gopinathan Pillai will be present on the occasion. Ashram Organizing Secretary Swami Gurumitran Jnana Tapaswi will deliver the welcome speech and International Operations In-Charge Swami Janananma Jnana Tapaswi will propose vote of thanks. Devotees from different areas will participate in the function. Chief Minister, Central and State Ministers and prominent people from the political, social, cultural and spiritual fields will attend the gatherings and friendship collectives held till September 1 ,’Navapoojitham’ day.
