Poojita Peedom Samarpanam and Half-Yearly Kumbha Mela: Proclamation Meeting Today

Pothencode: Poojita Peedom Samarpanam and Half-Yearly Kumbha Mela Proclamation Meeting will be held at Santhigiri Ashram today to commemorate the order of Guru-Shishya tradition. Kerala Govt. Food Minister G R Anil will inaugurate the proclamation meeting at 4.30 pm at the Sahakarana Mandiram. Registration- Museums Department Minister Gadanapalli Ramachandran will be the Chief Guest. Poojita Peedom is celebrated as the anniversary of the spiritual elevation of Her Holiness Shishya Poojita as Guru Apparent by the grace of Guru. This year’s rituals and ceremonies began with the consecration of the Poorna Kumbham by the President of the Ashram, Swami Chaitanya Jnana Tapasvi, and the General Secretary, Swami Gururatnam Jnana Tapasvi, at 9:00 a.m. yesterday.
