Santhigiri Transcends Caste and Religion: Adoor Prakash MP

Pothencode (Thiruvananthapuram): Adoor Prakash MP said that Santigiri transcends caste and religious differences. The MP was inaugurating the public meeting in connection with the Poojita Peeddom Samarpanam Celebrations at Santhigiri Ashram on 22.02.2024. Spirituality is not something we can put aside in today’s age. All of our visions are embodied in spirituality. The MP said that spiritual thinking and more than that, spiritual activities can create an opportunity to uplift a society. He said that as Santhigiri advances with more activities, it emphasizes that social good is the basis of everything. Rajya Sabha Member Adv. A.A. Rahim presided over the function. He commented that Santhigiri promotes a non-religious spirituality. He also said that while going through the messages of the Guru, one can see that Guru’s spirituality transcends religion.

Santhigiri Ashram President Swami Chaitanya Jnana Thapasvi and General Secretary Swami Gururatnam Jnana Thapasvi were present in the function. MLA V Joy was the Chief Guest. On the occasion, former Mizoram Governor Kummanam Rajashekhan released the poetry collection ‘Anukamba’ written by Smt: Sharada, Jyotipuram by handing over the copy to film director and sculptor Rajeev Anchal.
