Deepa Pradakshinam was held at Santhigiri’s new Branch Ashrams.

Thiruvananthapuram: Deepa Pradakshinam (Lamp Procession) was held in all the five new branches of Santhigiri Ashram, which started functioning today.

The Prayer Halls that have been newly opened today are in Alappuzha Thambakachuvad, Vadakara and Konni in Pathanamthitta, Mysore in Karnataka and Devagad in Rajasthan. There were special prayers, sankalpams and dedications after lighting the lamp at 9 am by the branch in-charges of the respective ashrams.

The Deepa Pradakshinam was held after the Aradhana at 6 pm. There were special worship services at the yamas -9 am, 12 noon, 3 pm, (also 5 pm) and 6.30 pm.

Swami Vishwabodha Jnana Thapaswi, Swami Janatheerthan Jnana Thapaswi, Swami Jagathrupan Jnana Thapaswi, Swami Archith Jnana Thapaswi and Swami Nithyachaithanyan Jnana Thapaswi performed the Pratishtha or consecration at Mysore, Konni, Tambakachuvad, Vadakara and Devagarh respectively.
